Activate Office 2021 Pro Plus

In order to know what kind of activation you should use, please reffer to the product page you purchased. In product’s short description, you will find specified « Online activation » or « Phone activation ».

Online Activation

Simply enter the product key purchased from MAXI KEYS when prompted. Once the key has been entered, select « I wish to activate the software via the Internet ». Once the key has been verified, the product is activated.

Phone Activation

Enter the product key purchased from MAXI KEYS when prompted. Once you’ve entered the key, select « I’d like to activate the software by phone ».

Select your country to access the activation center number on the official Microsoft website:

On the phone:

1. The answering machine asks if you want the call to be listened to => Press 1
2. The answering machine offers you 3 choices => Press 3 (regardless of the product purchased)
3. The answering machine asks if the activation wizard is displayed on your PC => Press 1
4. Indicate your installation ID to the answering machine (be careful not to make a mistake)
5. To the question « on how many PCs is the key activated » => Indicate 0 (important)
6. The answering machine will then give you the confirmation ID to enter.

After this call, the product is activated.
