Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from delivery.
If more than 30 days have elapsed since your order, we cannot guarantee an exchange or refund.
We systematically check the validity of software keys before selling them. However, it may happen that a key is defective. If you suspect a key is faulty, please contact us at support[at]maxi-keys.com. We will confirm the condition of the key, and in the case of a defective product, we will resend a valid key for your product.
To be eligible for a refund, products purchased from MAXI KEYS must not have been used, and must still be valid.
Please do not return your products to the manufacturer.
